AAGAAZ 2019 (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is hosted by JITO NORTH DELHI Chapter (“Contest Organiser”) on such terms and conditions as stated hereunder (“Terms”)

  • The Contest shall be promoted through website (jitonorthdelhi.org).
  • The Audition Period shall be open for participation from 1st March 2019 at 09:00 am IST to 31st March 2019 until 23:59 IST.
  • Only one entry per Participant/Group participating in the audition shall fill the required details and register.
  • The participant(solo/group) has to be a JAIN.
  • There is no age restriction and members of all ages are welcome to participate.
  • The participant has to be a resident of Delhi-NCR/Ludhiana
  • The participant shall receive an official email with all timelines from talentshow@jitonorthdelhi.org. Please check the spam/junk folder to avoid any loss of communication.
  • Each participant shall send the audio clip / video clip and upload the same on google drive/drop box/One Drive and share with talentshow@jitonorthdelhi.org OR send by email by 31st March 2019.
  • Alternatively, the same can be shared on official JITO WhatsApp No. +91-8700046797. Last date of sending clips is midnight, 31st March 2019.
  • The clip has to be a minimum of 90 secs and a maximum of 180 secs. (1.5 mins to 3 mins). If the file is big to upload, you may send it in two parts.
  • Participants who have sent their clips, selection for next round will be transparently done by a round of renowned professional panelists (outside the JITO fraternity).
  • Selected participants will be called for physical live auditions at the destination (which shall be subsequently shared over email/whatsapp along with date & time).
  • Such candidates must come with a valid photo ID (ID has to be one amongst DL/Passport/ Aadhaar/ Voter Card)
  • Post auditions, the selected candidates will perform at the live event on 26th April 2019 after going through the mentorship & practice sessions.
  • If candidate is selected for final performance (post auditions), he/she has to participate in all such practice sessions as these are especially designed with professional mentors to bring out the best.
